Not sure which? Premium usually comes out ahead once a raffle passes about $8,000 to $10,000 in ticket sales. Below that, Supporter Paid is hard to beat. Call (813) 699-9325 and we’ll help you pick.

How Premium pricing scales

Premium is a fixed fee based on how much your raffle raises. It’s not a cut of every ticket. You know the cost before you launch, and the more you raise, the smaller the fee is as a share of what you raised.

If your raffle raisesSoftware feeEffective rate
Up to $5,000$3296.6% at $5,000
$5,001 to $10,000$4594.6% at $10,000
Each additional $10,000+$329Keeps dropping

A Queen of Hearts game can run for months, so you won’t know the final total on day one. That’s fine. When your game passes a tier, we invoice you for the next level. No automatic charges and no surprises.

Worked example

A 20-week Queen of Hearts game

Say your game runs 20 drawings and averages $1,500 in ticket sales a week. That’s $30,000 raised.

On Organization Paid

$459+$329+$329=$1,117

That’s about 3.7% of the $30,000, paid by your organization. Supporters see a clean $5, $10 or $25 checkout.

On Supporter Paid

$0

Your organization pays nothing. Supporters pay the 12% service charge at checkout, about $3,600 across the whole game.

On a game that size, Premium usually wins, especially if you add a small service charge of your own to cover it. On a smaller game, Supporter Paid usually makes more sense. Run your own numbers with the calculator on chance2win.org.

Optional on Premium

Your own service charge

On Organization Paid, you can add a service charge at checkout. That charge goes entirely to your organization, not to Chance2Win. Most organizations pick one of these:

3.5%

Card passthrough

Covers card processing and nothing more.

8%

Most common

Covers card fees and helps recover the software cost. Most supporters barely notice it.

0%

Absorb it all

The cleanest checkout possible. Your organization covers the costs.

Both options

What’s included either way

  • Your own Queen of Hearts website with your name, logo and colors.
  • The encrypted digital board with a live jackpot and countdown.
  • Card selection at checkout and ticket bundles at the prices you set.
  • Digital drawings with every result posted and recorded.
  • Cash and check sales entered in the dashboard and included in the same drawing.
  • Email confirmations, real-time reporting and exports.
  • Real people on the phone at (813) 699-9325.

Regulated prize? If your game includes a prize like wine, bourbon or cigars, use Flux Payments. Stripe isn’t the right fit for those.
